About Form and Momentum
Last updated: August 2026
Form and Momentum is an independent digital publisher covering women's health, with a particular focus on metabolism, weight regulation, hormonal health and the everyday experience of living with symptoms that are frequently dismissed. We publish educational articles, self-assessment tools and clearly labelled advertorial content.
What we are not
We are not a medical provider, a clinic, a laboratory or a news organisation. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. We do not manufacture, sell, ship or fulfil any product. We do not employ physicians to give individual advice, and nothing published here creates a doctor–patient relationship.
How our content is produced
- Educational articles are written by our editorial team and are based on publicly available medical literature, patient-organisation materials and product labelling.
- References are listed where specific research is cited. A reference supports the general statement it is attached to; it is not an endorsement of any product by the cited authors or journals.
- Self-assessment tools on this site are educational instruments, not validated clinical questionnaires, and are presented as such.
- We do not publish patient testimonials, before-and-after imagery, or claims that a product cures, treats, prevents or reverses any disease.
Advertising and independence
This site is funded by advertising and affiliate commissions. Paid placements are labelled as “Sponsored content” or “Advertisement” at the point where they appear, and every page carrying them is marked at the top. Advertisers do not review or approve our educational content, and we do not accept payment to remove stated limitations, risks or criticism from a product write-up. Full details are in our Disclaimer & Affiliate Disclosure.
